In Slate, Thomas Geoghegan has some ideas about “how to make voting fun again”. This has been something I’ve been thinking about for a long time. Part of Geoghegan’s slant is increasing the turnout of traditionally “Democratic” voters, but to me it’s just about making the process work better. If more people vote, then the process will better reflect the will of the people, whatever it is.
